Abstract:
The present invention relates to an overtube for an endoscope and, more specifically, to an overtube for an endoscope having a first section where an end is bent and a second section which is less bent than the first section. The overtube for an endoscope includes: an inside tube into which an endoscope is inserted; a shape support which encloses the inside tube to maintain the shape; an outside tube which is inserted into the outer circumference of the shape support; a pass tube which is installed between the inside tube and the outside tube; and a control wire which is inserted into the pass tube to be able to move, and connected to the end of the inside tube or the outside tube to control the degree of bending of the first section. The intensity of a first part of the shape support is lower than the intensity of a second part of the shape support. The intensity of the end part of the overtube where a camera part of the endoscope is exposed is lower than those of the rest parts, thereby preventing the rest parts from being bent when the end part of the overtube is bent.
