Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately investigate a bent state of a flex joint, while suppressing a management cost.SOLUTION: A pipe inside moving mechanism 2 having a camera 1 for use of a pipe inside photography is inserted into a fluid pipe passage PL provided with a flex joint 20. A level difference region between a bent connection part 21A of an outer engaging pipe material 21 of the flex joint 20 and a bent connection part 22A of an inner engaging side pipe material 22 is photographed by the camera 1 of this piped inside moving mechanism 2, and this photographed image is displayed in a display part 7. A distance from a measurement reference position set in the inner peripheral surface of the bent connection part 21A of the outer engaging side pipe material 21 to the measurement object region of the bent connection part 22A of an inner engaging side pipe material 22 is measured by the photographed image displayed in this display part 7 in the measuring points at a plurality of locations in a pipe peripheral direction in the level difference region of both of the bent connection parts 21A and 22A, and a bent state of the flex joint 20 from the measured distance of each measurement point is found.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
