Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method that suppresses a problem caused when a residual filling liquid is discharged.SOLUTION: In a cleaning method for a filling device (1) that fills a filling liquid (13) to a target container, the filling device (1) comprises: an attachment port (8) capable of supporting the target container in an airtight state; a supply port (6) that supplies the filling liquid (13) supplied from a supply passage (5) to the target container supported by the attachment port (8); a cap that can change over the attachment port (8) in an open state where the attachment port (8) is open and in a blocked state where the attachment port (8) is blocked; and a recovery passage (7) that collects a liquid discharged from the supply port (6) when the attachment port (8) is in the blocked state. The cleaning method performs a residual liquid discharging step in which the filling liquid (13) remaining in the supply passage (5) by changing the attachment port (8) to the blocked state is discharged from the supply port (6) and the filling liquid (13) discharged from the supply port (6) is collected through the recovery passage (7).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
