Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of filling a fillable portion of a garment to be padded to obtain a padded garment such as a garment or a blanket.SOLUTION: The method comprising the steps of: (11) providing a cashmere fiber mass to be fed towards a carding station; (16) mechanically opening and blending the cashmere fiber mass in the carding station, by a carding machine, to obtain staple cashmere fiber; (18) feeding the staple cashmere fiber exiting from the carding station towards a beating station; (20) dust-removing the staple cashmere fiber in the beating station, by cleaning air flow adapted to cross and inflate the staple cashmere fiber to remove residual impurities and dust; (21) feeding the staple cashmere fiber exiting from the beating station towards a filling station; and (23) inserting the staple cashmere fiber into a fillable portion by filling means so as to obtain padded garments, in the filling station.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
