Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell film and a solar cell module excellent in power-generation efficiency which uses it, wherein, related to such solar cell film as laminated on the outside of the cell part of a solar cell, the light incident on the solar cell is repeatedly made incident on it as possible without dispersed outside through reflection, for effective use in power generation. SOLUTION: Related to a solar cell film 10, a beam containment layer 2 comprising such rough structure body as pyramids are arrayed is laminated on one surface of a base material film 1, over which an adhesive layer 3 is laminated. The solar cell film 10 is so stacked, for example, on a solar cell element (cell part) 7 formed on a substrate 8 as to contact the adhesive layer 3, and then heated and pressurized for integration, providing a solar cell module 100.
