PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof board and a manufacturing method therefor, especially an application of fireproof design, a fireproof board having enhanced fireproof performance applied to tunnels and underground spaces, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A fireproof board contains a first aggregate using shells containing a lime component, a second aggregate containing a silicon component, and a binder binding the first aggregate and the second aggregate. It contains further a mixing agent for mixing the first aggregate and the second aggregate, the mixing agent uses polycarboxylate as a water reducing agent. By these constitution, an organic and inorganic complex using advantages at maximum by complementing disadvantages is constituted by using an organic compound and an inorganic compound of an industrial waste. The invention can reduce unit price of products by supplying materials at low price by using the industrial waste.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
