Abstract:
To provide a fish scaler including a cutting edge with a cross-sectional shape for lightly peeling off scales in the fish scaler including a consecutive and curved single blade configured not to scatter the scales.SOLUTION: A fish scaler comprises a consecutive and curved single blade, a cross-sectional shape of a cutting edge has an intrusion face intruding therein by pressing down a fish skin, a rake face formed on one side of the intrusion face by forming an edge angle, and a flank face formed on the other side of the penetration face by forming a flank angle in a direction of escaping a face of the cutting edge from the fish skin. Thereby, the fish scaler can lightly peel off the scales.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
