Abstract:
The present invention provides a flange mechanism for preventing cutting debris as a contamination from entering and sticking to a screwed portion, which will be a concern that a fixating tool for fixating a cutting blade cannot be dismounted. The present invention provides a flange mechanism (30), which sandwiches a cutting blade (20) having insertion hole (201) at the center and attaches the cutting blade (20) to the front end of the spindle (11). The flange mechanism (30) comprises: a rear flange (31) provided with a boss portion (311) that is inserted into the insertion hole (201) of the cutting blade (20) and has a male thread (311b) formed at the front end, and a flange portion (313) protruding from the rear portion of the boss portion (311) in a diameter direction and having an abutting surface (313a) abutting the cutting blade (20) on the front surface; and a fixating tool (50) having a screw hole (521) with a female thread (521a) at the inner circumference screwed on the male thread (311b) of the boss portion (311), and fixating the cutting blade (20) relative to the rear flange (31), wherein the screw hole (521) of the fixating tool (50) is a blind hole.
