Abstract:
To provide a planar antenna device capable of suppressing an amplitude error caused by multiple reflection occurring between an antenna and a wireless terminal, a wireless terminal measurement device including the same, and a wireless terminal measurement method.SOLUTION: The planar antenna device includes: an antenna substrate 13 including a dielectric substrate; a planar antenna 11 having an antenna element 14 formed on one surface 13a of the antenna substrate 13; and a radio wave absorber 12 surrounding one side 13a of the antenna substrate 13 other than a desired radiation direction of the antenna element 14. An antenna 110 of a DUT 100 and the planar antenna 11 that are opposed to and close to one surface 13a of the antenna substrate 13 are spatially coupled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
