PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible resin film that can protect a fiber base fabric without impairing the flexibility or conductivity of it, wherein the flexible resin film has flexibility and allows insulation.SOLUTION: A flexible resin film for coating at least one side of a flexible fiber base fabric, has a laminated structure of a first film layer and a second film layer, the second film layer having a minimum melt viscosity of 50 Pa s or more at 30-200°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
