To reduce the number of components of a member constituting a floor hinge.SOLUTION: A floor hinge 10 comprises: a hinge case 11; a rotating shaft 14; a cam member 15; a slide plate 17; a rod member 18; a piston member 19; a helical compression spring 31; and control mechanism parts 11b, 11c, 11d and 20.
