Abstract:
To reduce running costs by eliminating the need for an installation space for an oil container and a device for liquefying solid oil.SOLUTION: A flyer 1 includes, as oil replenishing means to an oil bath 2, an oil tank 8 installed above the oil bath 2, a second supply path (supply pipe 13) for connecting the oil tank 8 with a filtering tank 21, a second pump (oil supply pump 14) provided in the supply pipe 13 and supplying cooking oil filtered by the filtering tank 21 to the oil tank 8, a lead-out path (lead-out pipe 9) capable of supplying the cooking oil in the oil tank 8 to the oil bath 2, and opening/closing means (oil replenishment valve 10) for opening and closing the lead-out pipe 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
