Abstract:
To provide a foam sheet which has extremely high point impact absorption performance and is thin, and an organic EL display panel or an organic EL display panel which use the foam sheet and has strong resistance to impact.SOLUTION: A foam sheet contains an acrylic resin and an isocyanurate compound as a crosslinking agent, in which a thickness of the foam sheet is 0.03 mm or more and 0.5 mm or less, apparent density of the foam sheet is 0.50 g/cmor more and less than 1.10 g/cm, a peak of loss tangent that is a ratio of storage elastic modulus to loss elastic modulus at a frequency of 1 Hz in dynamic viscoelasticity measurement of the foam sheet is -50°C to 30°C, and a peak height of the loss tangent is 0.8 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
