To provide a foamy skin cleanser which suppresses skin tight feeling after cleansing and forms fine, firm and dense foams while containing a higher fatty acid and/or a salt thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a foamy skin cleanser obtained by filling an aerosol container with a stock solution and a propellant, wherein the stock solution contains the following components A, B, C and D: a component A: a higher fatty acid and/or a salt thereof, a component B: a fatty acid ester oil which is liquid at room temperature, a component C: water and a component D: a sorbitan fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
