Abstract:
To provide a foldable container that can lower a height thereof in a folded state.SOLUTION: A foldable container 1 comprises: a bottom wall constituting part 2 provided with a bottom wall part 3 formed in a nearly rectangular shape in a planar view and base parts 4 at long sides and base parts 5 at short sides respectively protruding upward from respective side parts of the bottom wall part 3; and side wall parts 6 at the long sides and side wall parts 7 at the short sides turnably connected to the base parts 4 and 5 respectively. When the foldable container 1 is brought from a folded state into an assembled state, the side wall parts 6 at the long sides can be displaced into a standing position by displacing a pair of side wall parts 7 at the short sides into a standing position. At both side parts of the side wall part 7 at the short side are provided engagement walls 15 that protrude inward to prevent the side wall part 6 at the long side at the standing position from being displaced outward. In the bottom wall constituting part 2 are provided housing parts 51, into which the engagement walls 15 of the side wall parts 7 at the short sides can be inserted when the side wall parts 7 at the short sides are displaced into a laying position, corresponding to the base parts 4 at the long sides, so that the parts penetrate vertically through the bottom wall constituting part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
