Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive cell frame, a frame manufacturing method, a drive cell, and a horizontal circulation-type parking device that enable a plurality of drive mechanisms to be positioned at high accuracy and productivity to be enhanced regardless of a frame size.SOLUTION: A drive cell includes an outer frame 12 of a rectangular form when seen in a planar view, and a pair of inner frames 16 having both edge parts supported by the outer frame 12. The outer frame 12 has an outer frame positioning hole 14a positioned at prescribed accuracy from a reference position 8. The inner frame 16 has an inner positioning hole 17a positioned at prescribed accuracy from the reference position 8, and a plurality of mechanical processing parts for positioning and fixing a palette drive device thereon that guides and moves a palette. Also provided is a plurality of fastening members 18b for fixing both edge parts of the inner frame 16 to the outer frame 12, while aligning the outer frame positioning hole 14a and the inner positioning hole 17a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
