Abstract:
To provide a gas recovery system with a housing accommodating an electrochemical cell where pressure loss is reduced when a mixed gas flows into the housing.SOLUTION: A gas recovery system to separate a gas to be recovered from a mixed gas by an electrochemical reaction is provided with one or more electrochemical cells 101 and a housing 100. The electrochemical cell has an action electrode 104 and a counter electrode 106. The housing has a gas inflow part 100b to flow the mixed gas inside and a gas outflow part 100c to flow the mixed gas outside from inside. The action electrode can adsorb the gas to be recovered contained in the mixed gas by applying voltage between the action electrode and the counter electrode. The gas inflow part has a shape where an opening area becomes smaller toward a downstream side in a gas flow direction where the mixed gas flows toward the gas outflow part from the gas inflow part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
