Abstract:
To provide a gas sensor capable of correctly canceling an influence due to a secular change.SOLUTION: A gas sensor includes: a sensor part S for generating detection signals Vd1, Vd2 corresponding to a concentration of detection object gas contained in an atmosphere; and a signal processing circuit 20 for generating output signals OUT1, OUT2 indicating a concentration of detection object gas on the basis of a drift correction value for correcting a secular change of the sensor part S and the detection signals Vd1, Vd2. The signal processing circuit 20 prohibits an updating operation of a drift correction value when a concentration of detection target gas does not satisfy a predetermined condition. An updating operation of a drift correction value is prohibited when a concentration of detection object gas does not satisfy a predetermined condition in the present invention, thereby an updating operation of a drift correction value under a situation where detection object gas having a higher concentration compared with a normal situation exists can be prevented, for example.
