Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forged golf club head formed of a composite material.SOLUTION: A forged golf club head formed of an integrated composite material comprises: a head body 10; a weight 20; and a cover 30. A fitting recess 12 is formed in the head body in a recess state, the weight 20 is formed of a composite ceramic and fitted to the fitting recess 12, and has a density of 1.3-3.5 g/cc. The cover 30 seals the weight 20, and is fitted to the fitting recess 12 of the head body 10 so as not to generate a gap between the head body 10 and the weight 20. Therefore, a density on a center of the golf club head is low, a density on a peripheral part is high, and a range of a sweet spot is wide, and the golf club head has excellent impact feeling and impact sound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
