Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely bury and plate burrows during casting in a small number of steps when subjecting a sealed aluminum die cast vessel to plating.SOLUTION: A resin is impregnated in burrows formed during casting by performing resin impregnation by electrodeposition-coating, for example, an epoxy based resin having high permeability on a chemical conversion coating layer 3 formed on a base material 1 having a ground part 2 formed in a predetermined place to form an impregnated resin layer 4. Thereby, the airtightness of a sealed vessel formed of the base material 1 is obtained, and subsequent plating can be excellently performed. After a predetermined working part 5 is worked if needed, a nickel plating layer 7 is formed on the impregnated resin layer 4 by electroless nickel plating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
