PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular head-up display device improved in external light shielding performance.SOLUTION: A vehicular head-up display device 1 comprises a liquid-crystal display portion 10, and a shading member 30 which reflects display light X from the liquid-crystal display portion 10 by a window shield Y of a vehicle V, makes the display light X reflected by the window shield Y incident to the eyes of an operator M of a vehicle V so as to allow the operator M to visually recognize a virtual image and shields external light α advancing in the opposite direction of the direction of transmitted light X' on a light path of the transmitted light X' of the display light X which is made incident to the window shield Y.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
