PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat demand estimation device which estimates heat demand of an air conditioning facility without installing a flow sensor.SOLUTION: A heat demand estimation device includes: a data collection part (21) which obtains refrigeration machine electric power data from a refrigeration machine electric power sensor (5) which measures electrical power consumption of a refrigeration machine (43) of an air conditioning facility (4); and an estimated heat demand amount calculation part (22) which calculates an estimated heat demand amount from the electrical power consumption of the refrigeration machine (43) that is indicated by the refrigeration machine electric power data to output the estimated heat demand amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
