Abstract:
The present invention decreases the risk of occurrence of an electrical leakage from an inverter device for controlling the rotational frequency of a water pump, and the risk that the temperature of the inverter device exceeds an allowable range. The present invention provides a chiller unit (1) provided with: a refrigerant system in which a refrigerant is circulated; a water system that discharges, from a water outlet part (17), water flowing in from a water inlet part (15); and a machine chamber (20) in which a part of the refrigerant system and the water system are stored, wherein the refrigerant system has water heat exchangers (9A, 9B) that perform heat exchange between the refrigerant and water, the water system has a water pump (16) and an inverter device (19a) that controls the rotational frequency of the water pump (16), the water pump (16) is disposed at one end in the longitudinal direction of the machine chamber (20), and the inverter device (19a) is disposed at the other end in the longitudinal direction of the machine chamber (20).
