Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conductive filler of inexpensive carbon material.SOLUTION: There is provided a mixed thermal conductive filler consisting of a thermal conductive filler (A) and a spherical thermal conducive filler with the percentage of content of the spherical thermal conducive filler to the total content of the thermal conductive filler (A) and the spherical thermal conducive filler of 1 to 20 mass%, where the thermal conductive filler (A) is a burnt article of a petroleum coke obtained by burning the petroleum coke of 700 to 1500°C, average particle diameter of the thermal conductive filler (A) is 1 to 100 μm, average surface spacing (d002) of a (002) surface by an X-ray diffraction method is 3.37 to 3.50Å and carbon atom content is 88.0 to 98.5 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
