Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transition flow pump suitable for use under a low pressure environment.SOLUTION: A heat transition flow pump 14 has: a housing 18; a quartz fiber filter 16 that is configured to divide the housing 18 into a first chamber 20 and a second chamber 22, and of which a pore diameter is 0.5-5 μm; a cooler 24 configured to cool a surface on the first chamber 20 side of the quartz fiber filter 16; and a heater 26 configured to heat a surface on the second chamber 22 side of the quartz fiber filter 16. Under low pressure environment, even when the pore diameter is made larger than that under atmosphere, heat transition flow occurs, and the large pore diameter causes high flow rate of the heat transition flow, thereby improving performance of the heat transition flow pump.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
