To obtain a film giving less burden to the environment, excellent in transparency and excellent in shrinking characteristics upon attaching a label and in transparency of the label after attached, and suitable to be used as a shrink package, a shrink-binding package, a shrink label or the like.
The film contains, as a main component, a mixture resin of a polylactic acid-based resin and a polyacetal-based resin, wherein the mass ratio of the polylactic acid-based resin to the polyacetal-based resin is from 95/5 to 60/40, and the polylactic acid-based resin is preferably a copolymer of D-lactic acid and L-lactic acid, in a D/L ratio of D-lactic acid to L-lactic acid of larger than 5/95 and 15/85 or less, or 85/15 or more and less than 95/5.
