Abstract:
The present invention provides a technique for appropriately maintaining the atmosphere temperature of each space in a heat treatment furnace. The heat treatment furnace performs heat treatment on an object to be treated. The heat treatment furnace comprises a furnace body and a conveying device. The furnace body is provided with: a first space for performing heat treatment on an object to be treated at a first temperature, a second space for performing heat treatment on the object to be treated at a second temperature different from the first temperature, and a partition wall for separating the first space from the second space; the conveying device conveys the object to be treated from one end of the first space to the other end of the second space. The partition wall is provided with a communication passage that communicates the first space and the second space, and a third space that is provided inside the partition wall, is separated from the first space and the second space, and communicates with the communication passage.
