Abstract:
To improve the durability of a heater 10.SOLUTION: A heater 10 comprises: a rod-like ceramic body 1 having a front end and a rear end; a heating resistor 2 which is embedded in the ceramic body 1, and whose one end is lead out to a lateral face of the ceramic body 1; a conductive member 3 which is provided on the lateral face of the ceramic body 1 so as to cover the one end of the heating resistor 2; and a cylindrical member 4, having a cylindrical shape, which covers part of the lateral face of the ceramic body 1 and the conductive member 3. The conductive member 3 has a protrusion 31 which is provided to circumferentially surround the lateral face of the ceramic body 1 and extends in an axial direction of the ceramic body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
