Abstract:
To provide a heater improved in long term reliability.SOLUTION: A heater comprises: a rod-like ceramic body; a heating resistor provided at an end side of the ceramic body; a ceramic ring through which a rear end part of the ceramic body is inserted and holds the ceramic body; a second ceramic ring through which the rear end part of the ceramic body is inserted and comes into contact with the ceramic ring; and a cylindrical metallic case through which the ceramic body, the ceramic ring and the second ceramic ring are inserted and holds the ceramic ring.
