Abstract:
A heater of the disclosure includes: an insulating base including a rod-shaped portion; a heat generating resistor located inside the insulating base; a fixing member which is a cylindrical member, inside the fixing member the insulating base being inserted; and a spacer which is a belt-shaped member, the spacer being located between the rod-shaped portion and the fixing member and surrounding the rod-shaped portion in a circumferential direction. The spacer includes one end and another end which face each other.
