Abstract:
To provide a heater that can reduce a reduction in strength associated with miniaturization.SOLUTION: A heater comprises a heater main body, a support member, a lead wire, and a lid body. The heater main body has a columnar shape, and has a ceramic body and a heat element located inside the ceramic body. The support member has a cylindrical shape surrounding a peripheral surface of the heater main body. The lead wire has a coil part located along the peripheral surface of the heater main body and is electrically connected with the heat element.
