Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating furnace extraction interval determination device, a manufacturing apparatus of steel plate, a heating furnace extraction interval determination method and a manufacturing method of steel plate capable of optimizing an extraction interval of rolled material from a heating furnace.SOLUTION: A heating furnace extraction interval determination device 1 includes: a data base 21 which accumulates a specification data of rolled material rolled in the past and actual rolling data; a rolling time calculation part 13 which calculates a rolling residual time until rolling of preceding material is completed; a rolling time estimation part 22 which estimates a rolling machine arrival time until succeeding material extracted from a heating furnace arrives at a rough rolling machine by utilizing data base type modeling based on the specification data and actual rolling data accumulated on the data base 21 with respect to the succeeding material as the rolling material scheduled to perform rolling by means of the rough rolling machine after the preceding material; and an extraction instruction part 14 which instructs extraction of the succeeding material for the heating furnace when a length of the rolling residual time of the preceding material is a length of rolling machine arrival time of the succeeding material or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
