Abstract:
To provide a heating furnace capable of uniformly retaining the temperature at the inside of a furnace while reducing the number of burners.SOLUTION: A heating furnace 2 comprises a plurality of burners 3 installed in the side walls 2c, 2d of both the side confronted with a distance D in the furnace width direction of the heating furnace and provided side by side at prescribed intervals L in the furnace length direction of the heating furnace 2. Each burner 3 has a nozzle structure 6 periodically changing the direction of a first fluid R1 jetted from a first fluid jet port 4 by self-exciting vibration, and, provided that a distance from a mutual intersection C of the extended lines L1, L2 along the side faces 10a, 10b of an expansion part 10 expanded in a mutually approached direction of either burner 3A and the other burner 3B adjacent in the furnace length direction of the heating furnace 2 to the side wall 2c installed with either burner 3A and the other burner 3B is defined as D1, the relation of 0.3D≤D1≤0.7D is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
