Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power load of a transfer pump and to reduce suction resistance of a transfer pipe.SOLUTION: A flow-down pump 5 is always continued to operate even during transfer due to a transfer pump 3 of fuel oil, and at this time, high temperature oil from the flow-down pump 5 is mixed to fuel oil from a storage tank 1, absorbed by the transfer pump 3, to thereby lower the viscosity of transferred fuel oil. Consequently, the power load of the transfer pump 3 is improved, and a transfer amount of fuel oil from the storage tank 1 is reduced by a flow-down oil amount to thereby lower a transfer speed from the storage tank and to reduce suction resistance of the transfer pipe.
