Abstract:
人工股関節置換術で使用するための股関節インプラント。股関節インプラントは、ＡＰ面と外側面の２つの面に固定するように設計された大腿骨ステム本体で構成されている。インプラントの湾曲は、大腿骨の形状を反映するように設計されているため、骨髄腔の内面との接触点が増える。外面の湾曲は、骨髄腔に関連する内面と協調する。股関節インプラントは、骨の内部、つまり大腿骨との接触を増加又は最大化すると同時に、応力上昇又は応力点を減少又は最小化するように設計されているため、患者の痛みやインプラントの失敗の可能性が減少する。【選択図】図８
