PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder including a structure capable of holding a container in a standing state.SOLUTION: A holder 100 holds a container and includes: a belt-like bottom part 110 extending in one direction; and a pair of oblique side parts 130 which extend from both sides of the bottom part 110 and continue at a position above the bottom part 110. At least one of the oblique side parts 130 includes an opening HL at its center part.
