Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant temperature container capable of preventing a temperature of an object from being over-shot exceeding a tolerance limit temperature through excessive function of heat storage materials and provide a process of manufacture the same.SOLUTION: This invention designs a temperature keeping layer 130 for keeping a temperature of an object of which tolerance limit temperature is set and a heat exchanging layer 120 heat exchanging with the temperature keeping layer 130. The designing is carried out by the steps of: calculating that the first calorie to cause a temperature of the temperature keeping layer 130 to reach a tolerance limit temperature from an initial set temperature becomes equal to or more than the second calorie to cause a temperature of the heat exchanging layer 120 to reach a tolerance limit temperature from an initial set temperature; keeping a temperature of heat storage layers of at least two or more layers at each of their initial temperatures; and arranging heat storage layers of two or more layers inside an outer heat insulation layer 110 facing outside by installing the heat exchanging layer 120 at the outside heat insulation layer side and by installing the temperature keeping layer 130 at the object side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
