Abstract:
To provide a hot water supply system and a program that can pair a hot water supply device with a mobile terminal device smoothly and simply while ensuring security even if the hot water supply device targetted for remote control is located far away from home.SOLUTION: A hot water supply system 1 includes a hot water supply device 10 and a server 50 communicatively connected to the hot water supply device 10 via an external communication network 40. The server 50 causes the hot water supply device 10 to issue a password in response to receiving identification information on the hot water supply device 10 from a mobile terminal device 30 via the external communication network 40, and pairs the mobile terminal device 30 with the hot water supply device 10 based on receiving the password from the mobile terminal device 30 via the external communication network 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
