In a hybrid car 1 having an electric cooler 22 to be operated by the power supply from a battery 14 for supplying the power to an HV (Hybrid Vehicle) rotating machine 12 while an engine 10 and the HV rotating machine 12 are cooperative with each other for the travel, there is provided an HV-ECU 20 which changes the power supply ratio between the HV rotating machine 12 and the electric cooler 22 according to the charging state value when the charging state value indicating acceptance/rejection of the charging state of the battery 14 is equal to or more than the predetermined value, i.e., excellent; and generates the power to supplement the power consumption of the electric cooler 22 by the HV rotating machine 12 when the charging state value is equal to or less than the predetermined value.
