Abstract:
To provide an article useful for firing charcoal.SOLUTION: An firing structure 1 comprises: a corner part where the charcoal is leaned against by ends of assembly rods by constraining the assembly rods that are in contact with each other vertically and intersecting each other in a lateral direction by a rod material restraining part; a central part where the charcoal is leaned between the ends of the assembly rods that make up the corner part; and an insertion port formed by a group of assembly rods having a plurality of layers, wherein the corner part has a layer in which at least two rods are arranged in a horizontal direction by the assembly rods made of flammable rods, and the plurality of the layers are assembled vertically.EFFECT: A chimney effect occurs in an insertion port by leaning the charcoal on the corner part and a center part and firing a pilot fire from a bottom of the insertion port, and also, the chimney effect is maintained and the fire is quickly burned to the leaning charcoal since an overall shape and posture can be maintained for a long time by the rod material restraining part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
