Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation management system which can achieve power saving by saving power consumed by an image formation device and improve work efficiency by reducing stand-by time of a user.SOLUTION: An image formation device management system includes: a plurality of image formation devices which are connected to a network and have different state modes of at least a normal mode and a power-saving mode; a plurality of PCs which transmit information on image formation to the image formation devices via the network; a light amount detection unit which detects a light amount at a place where the image formation device is installed; a PC state detection unit 315 which detects whether or not the PC is in the state of being used by a user; and an image formation device state mode decision unit 350 which decides the state modes of the plurality of image formation devices on the basis of the light amount detected by the light amount detection unit and the detection result detected by the PC state detection unit 315.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
