Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a technology that determines a driving current for minute light emission at a lower cost.SOLUTION: A first characteristic C1 is a characteristic of the intensity of light to a driving current regarding a light source of an exposure device and is a known characteristic. When the temperature of the light source of the exposure device changes, the first characteristic C1 changes to a second characteristic C2 different from the first characteristic. A driving current with respect to the intensity of background light in the second characteristic C2 is calculated on the basis of the relationship between the first characteristic C1 and a driving current with respect to a target light intensity L1 adjusted through APC.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
