PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly process a request, when a scan and a copy are simultaneously requested from a plurality of portable information terminals.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 includes a document reading part 5 which reads a document and generates the image data of the document, an image forming part 12 which forms an image by using the image data, a wireless communication part 72 which performs wireless communication with a plurality of portable information terminals 2 for displaying the operation screen of the image forming apparatus 1 and operating the image forming apparatus 1, a control part 100 which controls the document reading part 5 and the image forming part 12 and executes the copy of the document, according to a copy request received from one of the plurality of portable information terminals 2, and a copy restriction part 101 which transmits a copy restriction command for temporarily restricting the copy request to the image forming apparatus 1 to the other portable information terminals 2 except the portable information terminal issuing the copy request and transmits a copy restriction release command for releasing copy restriction to the other portable information terminals 2, when the copy of the document is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
