Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of outputting an inspection result with a high response performance with respect to imaging operation of each object in a series of processing to inspect by sequentially picking up images of plural objects.SOLUTION: An aligned image is generated by disposing a work reference image which is generated from a reference image in the vicinity of a work inspection image which is generated from an inspection object image, and a series of predetermined singular part extraction processing is made based on the aligned image. The reference image is previously acquired before picking up the image of the inspection object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
