Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of obtaining an image with no sense of incongruity, when switching an output image, even when a user manually performs exposure editing on the output image obtained through a plurality of lenses whose focal lengths are different from each other.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is provided, which includes a plurality of lenses 201 whose focal lengths are different from each other, an imaging element 202 photoelectrically converting light made incident through each lens, and display means for displaying an output image selected by the user among output images based on an image signal from the imaging element as a preview image. The imaging apparatus calculates the brightness level of the output image selected by the user as the target value of exposure and performs the exposure control of the output image corresponding to the lens having a focal length different from the lens having a focal length corresponding to the output image, based on the calculated target value.
