Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction motor outside standard specifications and a production method therefor, capable of preventing wasteful power consumption and downsizing a physical constitution.SOLUTION: An induction motor comprises: a casing; two stators provided at any interval in the casing; two squirrel-cage rotors provided so as to face the two stators; and a rotor shaft for aligning the two squirrel-cage rotors on the same axial line to rotate the rotors. The induction motor is one of lined-up products of standard specification products including a plurality of types of capacity. Two induction motor having different capacity are selected from the lined-up products. A stator and squirrel-cage rotor of one induction motor are recombined with a stator and squirrel-cage rotor of the other induction motor to form an induction motor having capacity differing from those of standard specifications.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
