Abstract:
To provide an industrial furnace capable of easily removing an emission.SOLUTION: An industrial furnace 10 comprises: a pressure container 12 comprising an inner wall 44 and an outer wall 46; heat insulator 16 arranged at an internal space 14 of the pressure container 12 and comprising a heat insulator main body 56 and a heat insulator cover 58 opening/closing the heat insulator main body 56; a heater 20 arranged in an internal space 18 formed by the heat insulator 16; a gas source 26; and a feed pipe 30 connecting the gas source 26 with the internal space 14 of the pressure container 12 or the internal space 18 of the heat insulator 16. In a state where the heat insulator cover 58 of the heat insulator 16 is open, a gas is fed from the gas source 26 to the internal space 14 of the pressure container 12 and the internal space 18 of the heat insulator 16, and the heater 20 is heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
