To provide an inertial sensor that can avoid deteriorating detection accuracy involved in correlation between physical quantities.SOLUTION: An inertial sensor 1 includes a first sensor S1, a first detection circuit C1, a second sensor S2, a second detection circuit C2, and a range setting unit 140. The first sensor S1 detects a first physical quantity PQ1 on a first axis A1. The first detection circuit C1 performs detection processing of the first physical quantity PQ1 based on a first sensor signal SG1 from the first sensor S1 and outputs first detection information DI1. The second sensor S2 detects a second physical quantity PQ2 on a second axis A2. The second detection circuit C2 performs detection processing of the second physical quantity PQ2 based on a second sensor signal SG2 from the second sensor S2 and outputs second detection information DI2. The range setting unit 140 performs range setting processing of setting a detection range of the first physical quantity PQ1 in the first detection circuit C1 based on the first detection information DI1 and the second detection information DI2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
