PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and simply present an area that needs some measures.SOLUTION: The information management device includes: a storage 11 that stores, as basic information, geometric data of parts of a plant and a mesh that divides the geometric data of the parts of the plant into predetermined-sized cells such that the geometric data is associated with the mesh; a controller 12 that, if result information of at least one of visual inspection work, inspection work using equipment, and construction work involving replacement that were carried out on the parts of the plant is acquired, associates the result information with a cell of basic information and causes the storage to store the result information; a determination part 13 that determines, among the parts, an estimated area that is estimated to need measures on the basis of the result information stored in association with a cell; and a presentation part 14 that presents the estimated area by one or more cells.
