Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of individual determination processing although in the prior art, individual determination processing was necessary for relay state information from a monitoring agent comprised in each network device when a network device in which a fault has occurred is determined.SOLUTION: A state evaluation function unit 130 sets a network device 30 with which communication is possible to a number other than zero and sets a network device 30 with which communication is not possible to zero for each monitoring object network device 30 on the basis of relay state information. The state evaluation function unit 130 then performs addition per network device 30, and determines that a network device 30 of which the addition result is zero is a device in which a fault has occurred. That is, a network fault place determination device 100 makes individual determination processing of each piece of relay state information unnecessary.
